I have always had an eye for visual detail that over the years has been nurtured through my constant love for fashion, travel & design. Whilst taking courses in art and interior design I was given the opportunity to dive into the world of antiques and auction houses which a few years later progressed in me opening “La Contessa Antiques” a home decor shop in Vancouver, Canada.

Learning about the provenance of collectables instilled in me a love of art history that influences my design style today and allows me to play with the contrast between modern day minimalism and old world décor.

After a few years I started work on advertising campaigns for local & international lifestyle magazines as well as numerous requests to design the interiors & displays for businesses, private residences and special events. Realizing I wanted to concentrate more on interiors, visual merchandising & event decor I moved to London & completed a M.A. in Design Studies at Central Saint Martins.

After graduating I worked for Kelly Hoppen Interiors initially as an interior designer before assisting with product design, catalogue styling and visual merchandising for the KH brand.

I now freelance on various briefs ranging from private interiors and visual merchandising projects to event décor, rebranding and styling for TV, catalogue and editorial shoots. I have worked with Harrods, Elle Decor, French Connection “Home” and many high profile clients.

I love developing unique concepts, sourcing beautiful products and working with photographers and clients to create an exceptional visual story.
